VTM offers products for the most severe applications and highly corrosive services. Our manufacturing facilities are equipped with Arc and TIG welding machines to carry out Corrosion Resistant Alloy (CRA) and Hard Facing Overlays in an established controlled environment. We do have welding positioners and special purpose machines for highly consistent overlays.

At VTM, well established Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) & Process Qualification Records (PQR) are strictly followed. This along with a team of highly skilled and experienced welders ensures high quality joinings and overlays in a wide variety of Nickel / Chrome alloys, Stellite and other Hard Facing / Corrosion Resistant alloys.
